JP company has three kinds of business model.
First, B2C business - Beauty Queen (http://www.bqueen.co.kr)
Second, B2B business - providing one stop service for the big online shopping mall which would like to open cosmetics sector in their own shopping mall newly. One stop service means that Sourcing, Getting order, Customer service and Shipping instead of JP's clients.
Third, B2B2C business - somewhat similar to B2B business but target company is different. The target of B2B business is big online shopping mall and the one of B2B2C business is Small sized companies or persons. Anybody who has interested in selling cosmetics, can get the same service with big online shopping mall company.
Although the company size is not so big, the potential is very big and the business model is very special.
