Hillstone & Korea M&A advises Aron Flying Ship (below "AFS") on its fund raising.
SBI decided to invest in AFS and signed the investment agreement yesterday. SBI will help AFS to make an alliance with Chinese partner and listed in KOSDAQ ASAP.
SBI Group is a financial services company group based in Japan. The group's businesses and companies are held primarily at SBI Holdings, the group also operates SBI Graduate School, a business school, and a children's charity foundation as well. The company is based in Tokyo.
SBI Group began in 1999 as SoftBank Investment. SBI is listed on the first section of the Osaka Securities Exchange and Tokyo Stock Exchange.
